memas sees itself as an agency for digital structures. This term is deliberately chosen, because memas is more than being just an IT agency. Our range of services includes the four core departments, which are: development of internal systems, mobile applications (Apps) as well as web-based Marketing and e-commerce-soloutions. Our part in that is the analysis, consulting and and technical conception, and further than that, the design, realization and editorial creation of your content.
It is our belief, that only in the balance of conceptual foresight, technical expertise and contemporary design, powerful media soloutions can emerge. Because of that, we bring the strategic considerations of a brand agency added with problem-tackling pragmatism of software developers into our work. That gives us the opportunity to deliver our customers the whole package and bring their project from start to finish.
Because good online services and digital processes are mostly embedded in a complex dependency of user and technology, we like to maintain a close dialouge with our customers through all stages of our service. We think, that technology should adjust to our beliefs and concepts, and not the other way around. That's how we guarantee that the main goal isn't lost and the focus stays on it.
All employees of memas are connected by a deep affintiy to new media. This genuine, digital way of thinking, is way more than just special expertise. Because good products and services in the web dont just require sophisticated technology, but also a clear view on the possibilities that new media offers.

What we don't do.

As we see it, we aren't consultants, but the makers of the digital world. We don't want to know things better than anyone else, we want to make them better than everyone else. Because the digital world has shown us one thing: Success isn't being decided in presentations and consultations, but in practice. Of course, this doesnt rule out, that we think about our work very thoroughly, but it says that we want to be measured by our results, and not by what-if-scenarios. Testing and readjusting instead of planning and postponing is what we stand for.
The speed with that the internet evolves displays clearly: no soloution is so entirely polished and perfect, that it can escape the technical evoloution. Again and again, good products are outdone by even better ones, soloutions are getting more and more diverse. In this accelerated progressing, it is rarely an advantage for companies to be completely dependant on solely one software system. Having this knowledge, we don't choose our tools producers and manufacturers that we use to solve a problem beforehand. The time of using a product, if and how we combine existing modules or if we have to adjust them or even develop new ones: everything is decided with our customers based on their project and contitions.
Having to adjust your idea based of software limitations from using a single software isn't great. Users shouldn't be limited to software decisions that are difficult to reverse, but rather be won by exceptional soloutions and great usability.
